I design and build experiences that make an impact on the world.
"The best products don't focus on features, they focus on clarity."
"The best products don't focus on features, they focus on clarity."
I was born and raised in the Southeast to two Asian immigrants. With a Southern hospitality, and a Californian drive, I have always been eager to make a difference in the world. As a child, I was always fascinated with how things work. I would take toys apart, and look in the insides, then put them back together.
As I got older, I wanted to learn how people themselves worked, and desired their experiences to be. Attending the Georgia Institute of Technology opened many doors for me and new experiences. That's how I fell into UX. By taking one class, I started to understand that design isn't about making things beautiful, but also functionality. It needs to have purpose in order to make an impact. And that has played a huge part in my mantra today.
First and foremost, I believe building the relationship with the stakeholders/clients is the utmost importance to really take a holistic approach to solving their needs. Next, my work ethic has always been to prioritize the vision when thinking through the problem. Lastly, I think like any great product it takes many hands to build. My ideas aren't the only ones and like people, we are all complex in our thinking and want different things. In the end, life is about creating unique moments amongst our fellow mankind.
