Advocating IBM Design for their cloud services

Overview: Great brands differentiate themselves through the design of their products and services. By setting users-not raw technology or buyers-as our North Star, IBM Design establishes human experience as our principal benchmark and delivers iconic user experiences across the IBM portfolio.

Challenge Part of the initial IBM Design class, I led the practice for their IBM Cloud computing services. I worked closed with developers on creativing interactive experiences and brought IBM Design Thinking to several products and divisions with the IBM Cloud division.

Key Objectives

1. Introduce and implement IBM Design to the Cloud Service Products.
2. Increase workflow and efficiency for Cloud SaaS.
3. Prototype and test new software for development.
